▪ Illumina NextSeq 2000 Sequencing System - a high-throughput sequencer enabling a wide range of NGS applications, including exome and transcriptome sequencing in a single run
▪ Illumina MiSeq System - a lower-throughput sequencer designed primarily for gene panel sequencing
Multiplex biomolecule analysis system
▪ Bio-Plex 200 System for multiplex biomolecule analysis using suspension array technology with an automated magnetic–vacuum washer. Enables quantitative analysis of proteins and nucleic acids
Automated microwave peptide synthesizer
▪ Biotage Initiator+ Alstra - Microwave Peptide Synthesizer- capable of synthesizing peptides, miniproteins, and protein subunits of up to 60–70 amino acid residues
In addition, the Center is equipped with numerous auxiliary devices, including: a Bio-Rad CFX96 RT-PCR system; a Labconco FreeZone lyophilization system with a 12-port stainless steel drying chamber; a Heto vacuum concentrator; a Hetovac VR-1 with a cooling system; a µSPE (micro Solid Phase Extraction) manifold for 96-well plates from Waters; an Eppendorf Centrifuge 5430 R; and an Eppendorf ThermoMixer C orbital shaker.
